learn about the ‘investment barrel’ auction prize
Donated by long-time Scarf supporters Wayne Bourke and Sue Hiscock, this is a prize with a difference!
*This unique auction prize, aptly named the 'Investment Barrel,' is a 30-litre single malt, single barrel whisky. The winning bidder will actively participate in crafting their own whisky at Bathtub Gin Co, a small batch distillery located in Williamstown founded by long-time Scarf supporter Wayne Bourke. From naming the whisky to pouring it into the barrel, beginning tastings (in 2+ years) to bottling the final product, the winner will be intimately engaged in this unique process.
With an expected production of 150 bottles, the winner will also have the opportunity to design their own label, whether for personal keepsakes, thoughtful gifts, or potential sales. This exceptional experience is made possible not only by Wayne and Sue’s generosity but also by the contribution of a quality oak barrel from Bellarine Distillery.
